How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are shipped generally shipped the same or the next business day.

Standard delivery times:

Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane: 1 to 2 days
Country NSW: 3 days
North QLD: 5 days
Adelaide: 3 days
Perth & Tasmania: 5 days
New Zealand: 5 days

Obviously, the delivery time can vary, especially in rural or remote areas.... So please use the above as a guide only.

Following promotions and peak time (spring/summer), in rare cases dispatch may be 2+ days.  If there is to be any extended delays on an order for any reason, you will be contacted via email or phone.

*Custom Net Lead Times: Our lead time can vary based on current workload and the size and scope of your order. The below can be used as a guideline only for manufacturing time:*

- *Smaller residential jobs (Backyard sports Nets / Load Covers) : 4-5 business days*
- *Medium Sized Jobs (Schools / Commercial Facilities / Larger Residential) : 1 Week*
- *Larger commercial sized projects and/or high quantity orders : 2 Weeks*

*If you have a precise deadline for your custom net please reach out to our customer service team and we will be happy to see if we can accommodate. As all our custom nets are customised here in Sydney, the scope of some quantities is limited. If your requirement is for a very high quantity of items (say 50+), please enquire before ordering to ensure we can accommodate. We also have the option to have large scale projects made overseas in our suppliers facility and airfreighted if necessary”*
